1. Returns
We accept returns or complaints under the following circumstances:
Unsatisfactory Quality If you receive food items that are rotten, damaged, or of unsatisfactory quality, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Incorrect Items If you receive the wrong food items or items you did not order, please notify our customer support team immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for the correct items to be sent to you or issue a full refund.
2. Refunds
Quality Issues If you have received food items of poor quality, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the severity of the issue. In some cases, we may offer a replacement of the item instead of a refund.
Order Errors If you receive incorrect items or items you did not order, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement of the correct items.
Store Credit In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative to a cash refund. Store credits are applied to your Handful of Health account and can be used on your next purchase.
3. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email, when requesting a return or refund.
- Photographic Evidence: We may require photographic evidence of the damaged, rotten, or incorrect item(s) to process your request.
- Original Packaging: In some cases, we may require the unsatisfactory or incorrect food items to be returned in their original, sealed packaging.
- Notification Window: All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after this window may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
4. Timeframe
- Notification Window: Please notify our customer support team of any issues within 24 hours of delivery.
- Refund Processing: Once your refund request is approved, refunds are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exemptions — Non-Refundable Items
The following items and circumstances are not eligible for a return or refund:
- Items that have been consumed or partially consumed
- Items returned after 24 hours of delivery without prior notification
- Items damaged due to improper storage by the customer after delivery
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions (unless received in damaged or incorrect condition)
- Orders where the incorrect delivery address was provided by the customer
6. How to Raise a Return or Refund Request
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number and a clear photograph of the issue
- Our team will review your request within 1 business day
- Once approved, your refund or replacement will be processed within 1-3 business days
