A little pick me up when all seems to be going down south is our Kadipatta cashew inspired by beloved South Indian flavours. The Carnival Kadipatta Cashew is fresh, vibrant in flavour and mildly spicy. One bite will take you down the backwaters of Kerala. This one is an ode to the land that gave us mulgapodi. Inspired by the aromas that reign the kitchens in the south, our kadipatta cahew tastes of fresh curry leaves sautéd in a hot oil mix of spluttered coriander seeds and lentils seasoned with a finely blended mixture of chillies turmeric and salt.
Store in an airtight container. Refrigerate to extend shelf life.
