Roast the oats and almonds in a pan on medium flame for 10 minutes. In another pan put the ghee and add the gur till it melts. Add a 1 tsp of vanilla essence.Add the oats, almonds, dates and raisins to the gur mix and combine well. Grease a baking tray and press the mixture into it about 1-2 cm thick. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and press lightly.Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 10 min.Cut bars with a sharp knife or carve out shapes with a cookie cutter. Let it cool and break the pieces. Wrap each in parchment paper. Eat it on the go!
