    • Start with soaking 3-4 dried figs in hot water for 30 minutes till they are soft. Once the figs are soft, roughly chop them and discard their seed.
    • Add ¼ cup of almonds, ¼ cup of cashews, ¼ cup of raisins, ¼ cup of pistachios (shelled and unsalted) and 7 to 8 dates to a bowl and rinse them. Once rinsed, add them to a blender.
    • Take ½ cup chilled milk and add a pinch of saffron. (This gives it a delicate and beautiful aroma)
    • Blend all of this into a semi-fine paste, then add the remaining cups 2 cups of milk. You can also add some sugar if you like.
    • Your milkshake is ready. Pour into some glasses and serve straight away.
