- Start with soaking 3-4 dried figs in hot water for 30 minutes till they are soft. Once the figs are soft, roughly chop them and discard their seed.
- Add ¼ cup of almonds, ¼ cup of cashews, ¼ cup of raisins, ¼ cup of pistachios (shelled and unsalted) and 7 to 8 dates to a bowl and rinse them. Once rinsed, add them to a blender.
- Take ½ cup chilled milk and add a pinch of saffron. (This gives it a delicate and beautiful aroma)
- Blend all of this into a semi-fine paste, then add the remaining cups 2 cups of milk. You can also add some sugar if you like.
- Your milkshake is ready. Pour into some glasses and serve straight away.

- Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan and the dry chopped nuts, and roast them for 2 minutes. Then add ½ tbsp sesame seeds to it and mix well.
